10. Prints and Posters

FA/Ibuyphotos allows you to order prints and posters of images available on this site or on other FA websites (links in the footer). Copyright is retained. Prints are made on various possible materials.

Use the contact form to mention the photo you want and the type of material if you already know it.

Each print is checked before shipping. Delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks.

11. Returns and Refunds

You have 15 days after receipt to request an exchange or refund.

Return cases:

• Damaged product upon delivery: Take a photo of the item and packaging, then contact us via the Contact page.
• Change of mind: You have 48 to 72 hours after purchase to cancel your order (if it has not yet shipped). If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at your own expense for a refund. Please contact us for the shipping address. We are currently based in Switzerland.

12. Image Replacement

FA/Ibuyphotos may replace an image file at any time. Authorization to use the original file will end, and the license will apply to the replacement file. You agree to stop using replaced files.

13. Resale or Sub-licensing Prohibited

It is strictly prohibited to resell, redistribute, or sub-license the files or their usage rights unless otherwise stated. You are fully responsible for the use of the images and agree to indemnify FA/Ibuyphotos against any claims related to intellectual property, image rights, or privacy.

Links to other sites may be provided for information purposes. FA/Ibuyphotos is not responsible for their content, operation, or any damages resulting from their use.

15. IT Security

FA/Ibuyphotos cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or harmful programs on its site. It is recommended to use up-to-date antivirus software.
